Shipping policy

Free standard shipping over $70. Every SeatSpan order qualifies. Orders under $70 are charged a flat $8. Express delivery is available at checkout if you want it sooner.

Processing. Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days.

Delivery. Your order ships from a US warehouse, not from overseas. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships, and you can follow it the whole way.

Where we ship. We ship within the United States and to a number of international destinations. The options and rates available to your address are shown at checkout.

Delays. Carrier delays occasionally happen. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll chase it down.

Wrong address? Reach out within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before the order ships.
