These terms apply to your use of this site and to any order you place with RoadTuck. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and product information

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. We work hard to describe and measure products accurately. Dimensions and specifications are given in good faith and small manufacturing variances are normal. Photography and video may show a different color option to the one you select; where that applies, we say so on the page.

Using our products safely

SeatSpan is a comfort and protection layer for your vehicle's back seat. It is not a pet restraint and it is not a safety device. Pair it with a restraint or harness suited to your dog and your vehicle, follow the fitting instructions, and check the attachments before every drive. You are responsible for judging whether a product is appropriate for your vehicle and your animal.

Intellectual property

The RoadTuck name, our written content, and the photography and video on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or republish them without asking.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to try to reach systems or data that aren't yours.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell, and our Refund Policy sets out how we put things right. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
